2. We believe items SELL much better when accompanied by photos.
3. We appreciate suggestion but CANNOT support this free software.
4. This software is freeware but if you can please send a donation to the author.
5. Proceeding with this install removes us from any responsibility for damages.

Download Image Analyzer, with installer. 1.3 MB
Click here "download with installer" (we recommend download.com - site 2) please follow the instructions on their page.

Install the software on your computer:
These instructions are for XP Pro in our opinion there will not be much difference, if any, regardless of your windows version.

CLICK: "Start" from the bottom left button on your computer (WIN XP).
CLICK: "Run in the pop-up menu.
CLICK: "Browse" and find your file.
DOUBLE CLICK: on the "ImageAnalyzer.exe" file.
CLICK: "OK" button and follow the instructions.
Once installed use the following to help guide you.

Start Image Analyzer from the desktop icon and with the program running:
CLICK: "File" on the upper menu bar.
CLICK: "Open" on the drop down menu.
A box appears on your screen.
CLICK: "Look in" browse to the directory that contains your photos (files).
CLICK: on the photo (file) you wish to use.
CLICK: on the "Open" button within the box.
The box disappears from the screen.

We have placed some screen shots at the bottom of this page.

CLICK: "Operations" on the upper bar.
CLICK: "Size and Orientation" on the drop down menu.
CLICK: "Resize" on the fly out.
A box appears on your screen
CHANGE the "width" or "height" so that neither exceeds "500".
Make sure that "maintain aspect ratio" is checked
CLICK: the "Ok" button.
The box disappears and your picture on the screen re-sizes.

CLICK: "File" on upper bar.
CLICK: "Save as" in drop down menu.
MAKE SURE "Save as type:" is set to "Joint Picture Export Group" in the box.
CLICK: "File name:" Give the file a new name (avoids deleting the original eg: vre01.jpg)
CLICK: "File Format Options" a bar, center right, in the box.
CLICK: "JPEG" from the top.
CLICK: "specify file size" Set to "40" Kb and close.
CLICK: the "Close" button.
The box disappears and your picture on the screen re-sizes.

CLICK: "Save" and choose where you wish to save the file.

Remember you may use up to 20 photos. For vacationers we recommend: the overall view of the property, the beach, the docks, the living area, the cooking area, the eating area, the bedrooms, the bathroom, featured extras (bbq, decks, toys etc.) and some general shots in and around the property. People enjoying themselves is always good to show but make sure to get permission before publishing a shot of a recognizable individual. Good luck! (return to homepage)

Privacy: We collect data but do not share data with any source. We require contact information listed on your property and the program will do this automatically. Any other data collected to identify you or for accounting purposes will be held in the strictest confidence.
